Am 25. August findet die offizielle IFLA-Generalversammlung statt. Mitglieder können bis zum 25. Mai Anträge zur Tagesordnung einreichen. Die vorläufige Tagesordnung sieht folgende Punkte vor, darunter auch die offizielle Amtsübergabe von Christine Mackenzie auf Barbara Lison als künftige Präsidentin der IFLA.

- Presentation of the Annual Accounts by the Treasurer
- Formal announcement of the Results of the Postal Ball for the Election of President-elect and for places on the Governing Board by the Secretary GeneralMotions and Resolutions
